Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pomodoro: Focus to Do ("the App"), developed by Enes Genc ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the App or any part of it.
Pomodoro Pro Subscription
The App offers an optional Pomodoro Pro subscription that unlocks premium features including unlimited tasks, all ambient sounds, extended statistics history, and streak protection.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store.
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
- No refunds are issued for partially unused subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
All purchase transactions are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not process or store payment information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the App
User Data
All data you create within the App (tasks, sessions, statistics) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Deleting the App will permanently erase all associated local data.
Intellectual Property
The App and all its content, features, and functionality — including the design, graphics, text, sounds, and code — are owned by Enes Genc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Pomodoro Technique is a registered trademark of Francesco Cirillo.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the App is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enes Genc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue the App or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
