Privacy Policy

Pomodoro: Focus to Do ("the App") is built by Enes Genc as a commercial app. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

Data We Collect

The App does not collect or transmit any personal information. All task data, timer history, statistics, garden progress, and settings are stored exclusively on your device using local storage. Nothing is sent to our servers.

The following data exists only on your device and is never shared:

Focus session history and statistics
Tasks and estimated pomodoro counts
Garden and companion progress
Daily and weekly streaks
App settings and preferences

In-App Purchases (RevenueCat)

The App uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes your purchase through Apple and may collect anonymized purchase event data (e.g. subscription status, purchase timestamps) to facilitate billing. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or any personally identifiable information. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

All payment processing is handled by Apple. We never see or store your payment details.

Push Notifications

With your permission, the App sends local notifications (scheduled directly on your device) for:

Session completion alerts
Evening streak reminders

These notifications are generated on-device and do not involve any server communication. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.

Audio Permissions

The App requests microphone permission solely to enable background audio playback for ambient sounds (rain, cafe, white noise, etc.) on iOS. We do not record audio, and no audio data leaves your device.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates only with:

RevenueCat — subscriptions Apple App Store — distribution & payments

We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or crash-reporting services that transmit personal data.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. It is rated 4+ on the App Store.

Data Retention and Deletion

All App data resides on your device. To delete all data, simply delete the App from your device. All local data is permanently removed upon uninstallation.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
