Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using Daily Planner: FlowDay ("the app") you agree to these Terms of Use. This is the End User License Agreement between you and the app's developer.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

The service

FlowDay is a daily planning app. The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Subscription (FlowDay Pro)

FlowDay Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. There is no free trial and no lifetime option.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID → Subscriptions settings.
• Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.

Liability

We recommend backing up your data regularly. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from data loss or service interruption.
