Daily Planner: FlowDay ("the app", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
Account: When you enable cloud sync, we store your email address and a secure hash of your password (bcrypt).
App content: When cloud sync is on, we store the planner content you create so it can be synced to your own account across your devices. This includes your tasks and their notes, your inbox items, routines, focus-session counts, goals, app preferences and theme, and — because they are part of your daily review — your daily mood ratings and the free-text reflection notes you write about your day, together with your day-by-day completion history.
Analytics / third-party advertising: None. We do not track you and we do not use third-party ad or analytics SDKs.
How we use it
Your data is used only to run the app and sync it between your devices. We never sell or share it, and we do not read your reflections or use them to train anything.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store and managed with RevenueCat. We never see your payment details.
Your right to deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all cloud data from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion removes your account row and every synced blob attached to it, including moods and reflections.
