By downloading, installing, or using the Wordzle: Wonder Words application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Wordzle: Wonder Words is a free word puzzle game with a travel theme. Players solve crossword-style puzzles by connecting letters on a letter wheel, progressing through countries and cities around the world.
Eligibility: The App is suitable for all ages. No account creation or personal information is required.
Data Storage: All game data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, loss, theft, or uninstallation of the App. Game progress is not synced across devices.
The App features an in-game currency system ("Gems") that is earned through gameplay, including finding words, completing levels, and claiming daily rewards. Gems can be used for in-game power-ups such as Hammer and Lightbulb hints.
Gems have no real-world monetary value and cannot be purchased, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency. We reserve the right to modify the Gem economy at any time.
The App and all its content, features, and functionality — including game design, graphics, icons, animations, sound effects, and code — are owned by Enes Genç and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Country and city images displayed in the App are sourced from Unsplash and are used in accordance with the Unsplash License.
You may not:
NO WARRANTIES: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
LIMITATION: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Enes Genç be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, game progress, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enes Genç from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
