Enes Genç ("we," "us," or "our") built the Wordzle: Wonder Words application ("the App") as a free application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.
Local Storage Only: Wordzle: Wonder Words is a local-first application. All game progress, preferences, and in-game currency data are stored exclusively on your device using local storage (AsyncStorage). We do not transmit any of this data to external servers.
No Personal Accounts: We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal identification (name, email, phone number) to use the App.
What We Store Locally: Game progress (current level, completed levels, found words, bonus words), in-game currency (gems), daily reward status, language preference, and sound settings.
What We Do NOT Collect: We do not collect personal information, location data, device identifiers, advertising IDs, health data, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive information.
Unsplash Images: The App loads country and city images from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com) to display scenic photos during gameplay. When these images are loaded, your device connects directly to Unsplash's servers, which may log your IP address in accordance with their own privacy policy. No Advertising: We do not use any advertising networks or ad SDKs. There are no ads in the App.
No Analytics: We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or crash reporting services.

Since your data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We recommend using device-level security features like passcodes, Face ID, or fingerprint authentication to protect your information.

Our App does not collect personal information from any user, including children. The App is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).
The App is available worldwide and supports multiple languages. Since we do not collect or transfer personal data, there are no cross-border data transfer concerns.
