By downloading, installing, or using the VoiceTranslate application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
VoiceTranslate is a voice translation application that allows users to speak in one language and receive real-time translations in another language. The App supports two-way conversations between two speakers using different languages.
IMPORTANT: VoiceTranslate uses automated speech recognition and machine translation technology. Translations are provided for general communication purposes only and may not be 100% accurate.
You should NOT rely on VoiceTranslate for:
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any translation provided by the App. Always verify important information with a qualified human translator.
Free Tier: VoiceTranslate offers a free tier with a limit of 50 translations per day. This limit resets daily.
VoiceTranslate Pro: A premium subscription ("Pro") is available that removes the daily translation limit and unlocks all features. Pro is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have Pro access until then.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Restore Purchases: If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your subscription using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
Permitted Use: You may use VoiceTranslate for personal, non-commercial communication and translation purposes.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
The App and all its content, features, design, and functionality are owned by VoiceTranslate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

NO WARRANTIES: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
LIMITATION: In no event shall VoiceTranslate, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from inaccurate translations, miscommunications, or inability to use the App.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
VoiceTranslate requires an active internet connection for translation services. We are not responsible for any issues arising from lack of connectivity or network problems.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoiceTranslate and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
