Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Voice to Text: Any Language mobile application ("the App") developed and operated by Enes Genc. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Voice to Text: Any Language is a speech-to-text transcription app that converts voice recordings and audio files into text using on-device speech recognition technology. The App supports multiple languages and offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

2. Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan: Users can record voice and transcribe up to 100 characters per day. Audio file upload is not available on the free plan. Transcription history is limited to 10 entries.

Premium Plan: Subscribers get unlimited transcriptions, longer recording times, audio file upload, and full transcription history. Premium is available as weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and are determined by Apple's App Store pricing.

4. Free Trial

The weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the regular weekly price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the App to transcribe content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our services.
• Share or redistribute your subscription access to other users.

6. Accuracy

The App uses Apple's built-in speech recognition technology. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language, accent, and background noise. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of any transcription. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all transcribed text before use.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of Enes Genc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcription results will be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enes Genc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
