Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Voice Notes: Any Language mobile application ("Voice Notes", "the App", "Service") operated by Enes Genc ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Voice Notes, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Voice Notes: Any Language is a voice recording and transcription application that allows you to:

Record voice notes in any language
Automatically transcribe recordings to text
Organize, search, and manage your transcribed notes
Export and share your transcriptions

Transcription results may not always be perfectly accurate. Voice Notes is intended as a personal productivity tool.

3. User Content

Voice Notes does not require account registration. Your notes and recordings are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of all recordings and transcriptions you create. We do not claim any rights over your content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
Record other individuals without their consent where required by applicable law
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
Use automated systems or bots to access the App

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium Subscription

Voice Notes requires an active Premium subscription to use the App. Premium is available as a weekly auto-renewing subscription (with a 3-day free trial) or a yearly auto-renewing subscription.

Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
The weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers; you will not be charged until the trial period ends
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions
No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple per their refund policy

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and icons, is owned by Enes Genc and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

Transcriptions will be 100% accurate or error-free
The App will be available at all times without interruption
The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
