Voice Notes: Any Language ("Voice Notes", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Voice Recordings

When you record a voice note, the audio is stored on your device. To turn it into text, the audio file is sent to ElevenLabs (elevenlabs.io), a third-party speech-to-text service, solely to transcribe it. We do not operate servers and never store your recordings ourselves. Audio files stay on your device only if "Keep audio files" is turned on in Settings; otherwise they are deleted after transcription.

Before any audio is sent for transcription, the app asks for your explicit permission and names ElevenLabs as the recipient. If you decline, nothing is sent and recordings are not transcribed. Only recordings you choose to make are sent, and you can delete any note and its audio at any time.

Transcription Data

Transcribed text from your voice notes is stored locally on your device. We do not store your transcriptions on our servers.

Device Information

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., when contacting support).

Subscription Data

Payments are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. To check whether you have an active subscription, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history, and basic device information (such as device model and app version).

• To transcribe your voice recordings into text
• To store your notes locally on your device
• To manage your subscription status
• To respond to support requests

3. Third-Party Services

ElevenLabs (elevenlabs.io): with your permission, your audio is sent to ElevenLabs for speech-to-text processing and the transcribed text is returned to the app. How long ElevenLabs keeps data is governed by their privacy policy at elevenlabs.io/privacy.

RevenueCat (revenuecat.com): manages subscription status using the purchase data described above. Their privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple App Store: subscription purchases and payment processing are handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your notes, transcriptions, and settings are stored locally on your device. Audio files are stored in your device's local file system. All data transmitted during transcription is protected using HTTPS/TLS encryption.

5. Data Retention

• Audio recordings: stored on your device until you delete the note, or deleted right after transcription if "Keep audio files" is turned off
• Transcriptions: stored on your device until you delete the note
• Settings: stored on your device and removed when you uninstall the app

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete any note and its associated audio at any time from within the app
• Turn off audio retention in Settings → Keep audio files
• Request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@enesgenc.space
• Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data

7. Children's Privacy

Voice Notes is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
