Voice Notes: Any Language ("Voice Notes", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Voice Recordings

When you record a voice note, the audio is temporarily stored on your device. When you transcribe a recording, the audio file is sent to ElevenLabs (elevenlabs.io), a third-party speech-to-text service, solely to convert your speech to text. ElevenLabs does not retain your audio after transcription is complete. We do not store your raw audio recordings on our servers. Audio files are stored locally on your device only if you choose to keep them in Settings.

Before your audio is sent for transcription, the app will ask for your explicit permission. You may decline, in which case your recordings will not be transcribed.

Transcription Data

Transcribed text from your voice notes is stored locally on your device. We do not store your transcriptions on our servers.

Device Information

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., when contacting support).

Subscription Data

Subscription purchases are processed entirely through Apple App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

• To transcribe your voice recordings into text
• To store your notes locally on your device
• To manage your subscription status
• To respond to support requests

3. Third-Party Services

ElevenLabs (elevenlabs.io) — When you choose to transcribe a recording, your audio is sent to ElevenLabs for speech-to-text processing. ElevenLabs processes audio solely to return transcribed text and does not retain your recordings. Their privacy policy is available at elevenlabs.io/privacy.

Apple App Store — Subscription purchases and payment processing are handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your notes, transcriptions, and settings are stored locally on your device. Audio files are stored in your device's local file system. All data transmitted during transcription is protected using HTTPS/TLS encryption.

4. Data Retention

• Audio recordings: Stored locally on your device until you delete the note or disable "Keep Audio" in settings
• Transcriptions: Stored locally on your device until you delete the note
• Settings: Stored locally and cleared when you uninstall the app

5. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete any note and its associated audio at any time from within the app
• Disable audio retention in Settings → Keep Audio
• Request deletion of all your data by contacting us at support@enesgenc.space
• Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data

6. Children's Privacy

Voice Notes is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
