By downloading, installing, or using the Text to Speech: Any Language application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Text to Speech: Any Language is a text-to-speech application that allows you to convert written text into spoken audio using AI-powered voices. The App supports text input via typing, pasting, PDF import, and image-based text extraction (OCR).
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you submit for text-to-speech conversion. You agree not to use the App to convert content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on the rights of others.
Acceptable Use: The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use including but not limited to: reading articles, books, documents, notes, and other text content aloud for convenience, accessibility, or productivity purposes.
Data Storage: All conversion history and audio files are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, loss, theft, software updates, or uninstallation of the App.
The App relies on ElevenLabs' text-to-speech API to generate audio. By using the App, you also agree to comply with ElevenLabs' Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or quality of third-party services.

The App and all its content, features, and functionality (excluding user-submitted text) are owned by Text to Speech: Any Language and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You may not:
NO WARRANTIES: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy of text-to-speech conversion, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
LIMITATION: In no event shall Text to Speech: Any Language, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App — including but not limited to inaccurate text recognition, audio quality issues, or service interruptions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Text to Speech: Any Language and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, the content you convert, or your violation of these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
