Important: While we strive to provide accurate prayer times using reliable calculation methods and APIs, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Prayer times are calculated based on standard astronomical methods and may vary slightly from local mosque announcements due to differences in calculation methods, atmospheric conditions, or local adjustments.
We strongly recommend verifying critical prayer times with your local mosque or Islamic authority, especially for important occasions.
The Arabic Quran text provided in the App is for reading and reference purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we recommend consulting printed Quran copies or Islamic scholars for matters of religious importance.
Quran translations are provided in multiple languages (Turkish, English, Arabic, Russian, Indonesian, Malay) for educational and understanding purposes. Translations are interpretations and may not capture the full meaning of the original Arabic text. For religious rulings and detailed understanding, please consult with qualified Islamic scholars.
The Quran text and translations are provided for personal, non-commercial use within the App. The original Arabic text of the Quran is in the public domain. Translations may be subject to their respective copyrights.
The App provides tools to track your prayer completion and view statistics. These features are provided as aids to help you maintain your prayer habits. The accuracy of tracking depends on your manual input and is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any loss of tracking data due to device issues, app uninstallation, or other factors.
Prayer Journey – Daily Log, including its design, features, user interface, audio content (adhan), and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Since the App operates locally and does not transmit data to our servers, any content you create (such as prayer tracking data, Qaza records, statistics) remains on your device and is your responsibility. We do not claim ownership of your personal tracking data.

The App is provided as a convenience tool and should not be solely relied upon for religious obligations.
All prayer tracking data, statistics, and Qaza records are stored locally on your device. We strongly recommend backing up your device regularly through your device's backup system (iCloud for iOS, Google Backup for Android). We are not responsible for data loss due to device malfunction, loss, or app uninstallation.

Continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms of Use. Termination of your access does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees paid. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your device.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
