LingoPeak ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("the App").
Account Information: When you first open the App, a guest account is automatically created using a device-based identifier. No personal information (such as name, email, or password) is required to use the App. You may optionally set a display name in your profile.
Learning Data: We collect your learning progress, quiz results, word mastery status, XP scores, streak data, tournament participation, and leaderboard rankings to provide and improve our services.
Device Information: We may collect general device information such as device type, operating system version, and language settings to optimize your experience.

Cloud Infrastructure: Your learning data is stored on secure servers to enable social features such as leaderboards and tournaments.
Analytics: We may use analytics services to understand how users interact with the App in order to improve the learning experience.
Public Information: Your display name, XP score, level, streak, and leaderboard ranking are visible to other users through the leaderboard, tournaments, and social features.
No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Session tokens are stored securely on your device. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data is tied to your device. Uninstalling the App will remove locally stored data. You can also request deletion of your data from our servers by contacting us at the email address below. Upon request, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
