1.2 Information Stored Locally
The app may store the following information locally on your device only:
- App Preferences: Settings and preferences you choose within the app
- Progress Data: Learning progress and achievements (if applicable) - stored only on your device
- Premium Status: Information about your premium subscription status (stored locally for offline access)
- App Assets: Audio files, images, and other content files required for the app to function
Important: This information never leaves your device except for premium subscription status, which is synchronized with RevenueCat servers to verify your subscription. All data is stored exclusively on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app.
1.3 Premium Subscription Information
If you purchase a premium subscription, the following information may be collected and processed:
- Purchase Transaction Data: Transaction receipts, purchase dates, and subscription status
- Device Identifiers: Anonymous device identifiers used by RevenueCat and Apple to manage subscriptions
- Subscription Status: Information about your active subscription, expiration dates, and renewal status
This information is processed by RevenueCat and Apple App Store to manage your subscription. We do not have direct access to your payment information, which is handled securely by Apple.
2. Children's Privacy
Learn with Ellie: Preschool is an educational app suitable for users of all ages. We are committed to complying with applicable privacy laws.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from any users, including children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at gencenes07@gmail.com, and we will promptly delete such information from our records.

Learn with Ellie: Preschool uses the following third-party services:
- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage premium subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes payment transactions through Apple App Store. RevenueCat's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy, available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy. RevenueCat may collect device identifiers and purchase information necessary to process transactions.
- Apple App Store: All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple's privacy practices are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.apple.com/privacy/.
We do NOT use:
- Advertising Services: No advertising SDKs or third-party ad networks
- Analytics Services: No analytics SDKs, tracking tools, or usage monitoring services
- Social Media Integrations: No social media logins, sharing features, or integrations
- Cloud Services: No cloud storage, backup services, or remote data synchronization
3.2 Data Sharing
We share limited information only with the following third-party service providers necessary for premium subscription functionality:
- RevenueCat: We share purchase transaction data with RevenueCat to process and manage premium subscriptions. This includes device identifiers and purchase receipts.
- Apple App Store: Purchase transactions are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple may collect payment information and device identifiers as part of the purchase process.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We only share information necessary to provide app functionality and premium subscription services.
4. How We Use Information
We use the limited information we have access to for the following purposes:
- Premium Subscription Management: To verify and manage your premium subscription status
- App Functionality: To provide core app features and educational content
- Purchase Restoration: To restore your premium purchases if you reinstall the app or use it on a new device
The app operates primarily offline and uses locally stored data for core functionality. Premium subscription verification requires an internet connection.
5. App Permissions
5.1 Audio Permissions
The app may request audio permissions solely for:
- Playing educational audio content included in the app
- Providing sound effects and music for the learning experience
We do not record, store, or transmit any audio data. All audio content is pre-recorded educational content included within the app.
5.2 Other Permissions
The app does not request access to:
- Camera or photo library
- Location services
- Contacts
- Microphone (for recording)
- Calendar or reminders
6. Data Security
Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data to secure. However, we take reasonable measures to ensure the app operates securely:

- Uninstalling the app (which removes all app data)

13. Premium Subscriptions
13.1 Subscription Plans
Learn with Ellie: Preschool offers premium subscriptions with the following plans:
- Monthly Subscription: $1.00 per month
- Yearly Subscription: $5.00 per year
- Lifetime Purchase: $8.00 one-time payment
13.2 Subscription Management
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store and RevenueCat:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
13.3 Free Content
Four learning categories (Colors, Numbers, Animals, and Fruits) are available free of charge to all users. Premium subscriptions unlock access to all 45 categories, Quiz Mode, and Progress Tracking.
14. No Advertising
Learn with Ellie: Preschool does not display any third-party advertisements. The app does not integrate any advertising SDKs, ad networks, or contextual advertising services. There is no advertising content of any kind within the app.
15. Effective Date
This Privacy Policy is effective as of February 26, 2026.
This Privacy Policy applies to all versions of Learn with Ellie: Preschool.
