By downloading, installing, or using the GlucoPress application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
IMPORTANT: GlucoPress is a personal health data tracking and recording tool only. The App does not measure blood glucose levels, blood pressure, or any other health metric. It only allows you to manually record values obtained from your own medical devices.
The content, features, and data provided within the App are for informational and personal tracking purposes only. Nothing in this App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or treatment. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice based on information recorded in this App.
In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any health data, medication information, and other content you enter into the App.
Medication Tracking: The medication tracking feature is provided as a convenience tool only. GlucoPress is not responsible for missed doses, incorrect dosages, or any health outcomes related to your medication management. Always follow your doctor's instructions regarding medications.
Data Storage: All data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, loss, theft, software updates, or uninstallation of the App. We recommend regularly backing up your device.
GlucoPress offers a Premium subscription with additional features including unlimited history, advanced trend charts, A1C estimation, medication tracking without limits, PDF/CSV export, and an ad-free experience.
Pricing: Subscription pricing is displayed in the App prior to purchase. Prices may vary by region.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
The free version of the App contains banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers see no advertisements. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.
The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by GlucoPress and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

NO WARRANTIES: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
LIMITATION: In no event shall GlucoPress, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App — including but not limited to health outcomes resulting from data tracked or not tracked in the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlucoPress and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
