By downloading, installing, or using the Text to Speech: AI Voice & TTS application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
The App is a text-to-speech application that converts written text into spoken audio using AI-powered voices. It supports text input via typing or pasting, with customizable voice settings and audio export options.
In-App Purchases: The App offers optional subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) that provide increased character limits. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
Free Tier: Free users receive a daily character limit. These limits reset each day and do not carry over.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you submit for conversion. You agree not to use the App to convert content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on the rights of others.
Acceptable Use: The App is intended for personal use including reading articles, books, documents, and notes aloud for convenience, accessibility, or productivity purposes.
Data Storage: Conversion history and audio files are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, theft, software updates, or uninstallation of the App.
The App relies on ElevenLabs' text-to-speech API and RevenueCat's subscription management platform. By using the App, you also agree to comply with ElevenLabs' Terms of Service and RevenueCat's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or quality of third-party services.
You may not use the App to:
The App and all its content, features, and functionality (excluding user-submitted text) are owned by the App's developers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You may not:
NO WARRANTIES: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy of text-to-speech conversion, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
LIMITATION: In no event shall the App's developers or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App — including but not limited to audio quality issues, service interruptions, or loss of locally stored data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App's developers from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, the content you convert, or your violation of these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
